David R. Bossart is a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer, with over 43 years experience in private practice. He handles only very serious personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, having received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1965. He has been designated a Diplomat of Trial Advocacy by AAJ, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, since June 1994, which is one of its highest awards. He has been a member of AAJ since May of 1974 and has been on the AAJ Board of Governors since 1989. He lectures frequently all across the United States in the field of trial advocacy, and is a faculty member for the National College of Advocacy. He has been working with Greg Cusimano and David Wenner presenting the Overcoming Juror Bias programs, including the Jury Bias Model for the past ten years beginning in February 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been a Fellow in both the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is limited to the top 1% of trial lawyers in the country since 1988, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which is limited to the top 500 trial lawyers in the country, since 1994. He is a founding member and past president of the North Dakota Association for Justice (1986-87). He has been listed in the book, Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White representing injured parties since 1987. He is also a nationally known trial consultant for plaintiff trial lawyers only, and is one of the founding principals of Winning Works™ He is also a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants. David Bossart is and has been actively involved in helping plaintiffs’ trial lawyers put their cases together in such a way so as to give the lawyer and the client the best possible chance of winning with today’s jury.
