Gregory
S. Cusimano, J.D. Greg
Cusimano, of Gadsden, Alabama, is experienced in personal injury and civil trials,
and has been a consultant in cases yielding many of the largest verdicts and settlements
in the United States. Ninety percent of his practice is devoted to litigation.
His successes include wrongful death cases and cases involving catastrophic injuries
resulting from automobile and truck crashes; explosions and fires; construction;
drugs; medical and professional malpractice; defective products; premises injuries;
consumer cases; commercial litigation; nursing home negligence and general negligence.
Greg is co-creator of the Jury Bias Model, based on the perceptual
lenses that jurors apply in deciding cases, and was the fifth recipient of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America's coveted "Lifetime Achievement Award."

A. Wenner, M.S.W., J.D. David
Wenner, of Phoenix, Arizona, has spent the last 20 years litigating catastrophic
injury and death cases. He is recognized across the United States as a premier
authority on juror bias and decision-making, and has lectured on the topic nationwide.
Together, Greg Cusimano and he drew upon their extensive body of research on the
perceptual lenses that jurors apply in deciding cases to create the Jury Bias

R. Bossart, J.D. For
more than 38 years, the focus of David Bossart's Fargo, North Dakota, law practice
has been serious personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. David represents
plaintiffs, or the families of plaintiffs, who have been seriously injured or
killed in automobile crashes, or whose injuries or deaths have been caused by
medical malpractice, defective products, or other careless or negligent conduct.
He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and also in the
International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). David has worked extensively with

Lazarus is a former Senior Vice President for State Affairs at the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). Ed has perhaps the most extensive knowledge
of public opinions and attitudes toward the civil justice system of any
trial consultant in America today. He has conducted extensive public opinion
research on the civil justice system and provided strategic, political and
consulting services to ATLA, state trial lawyer associations, state bar
associations, state courts, and individual law firms, as well as to political
candidates at the federal, state, and local levels through his private firm,
Lazarus Strategic Services.
